Basics of Faxless Payday Loans

Do you know what makes payday loans different from all other forms of loans?

It's the fact that payday loan companies do not attach any importance on your credit history. So whether you have a high or low credit score from any or all of the primary credit bureaus - it doesn't matter one whit. Surprised? You may be surprised even more with what you'll find out about faxless payday loans when you read the rest of the article.

How To Qualify For A Payday Loan

As mentioned, unlike other forms or types of loans, you do not need to sweat about your credit ratings and wait if the proverbial axe is truly going to fall and smash all your financial hopes into pieces. Still, there are at least two requirements that you must satisfy in order to qualify for a faxless payday loan. The first concerns your employment status. You must be working for your present company for at least three months long. Secondly, you must possess a bank account. If you don't have one then you simply can't qualify for a payday loan because these companies prefer to transfer money electronically and eradicate the hassles of having to deliver the money in person.

The Maximum Amount of Your Loan

You just may be surprised with the amount of money faxless payday loan companies are willing to lend you. The maximum amount of your loan actually depends on just how much you earn every month. You will be asked to state your income - you may also include supplementary sources if you want to - in the application form and this will then be double checked with your employer so please don't think of increasing the amount of your compensation as it will only lead to unpleasantness.

The Convenience of Transacting With Payday Loans

No Fax! - This is one of the things that most payday loan companies would boast. And generally speaking, it is true because all you need to do is answer their application form and that's it. Although you're exempted from the need to fax any document that doesn't mean that no one would be sending fax in this transaction. If you opt for a no-fax method, the payday loan company will simply contact your bank and have the latter fax them your bank statement account. They shall also contact your employer to fax them a copy of your pay stub. If for any reason, you prefer to keep your loan application a secret, you might reconsider the faxless payday loan method.

A Heart Attack Doesn't Mean The End Of Life

Why do we take our hearts for granted?

Why do we abuse them, expecting them to perform inspite of all we do?

Why do we wait until some tragic thing happens to realize how fragile a heart truly is?

How easy is it to damage a heart and to break those of our loved ones?

Believe me, it is a ghastly sight when your wife and your three young children cry over you in a hospital. It feels so cruel when you realize that you're the cause of their anxiety and their grief. It is even more painful when you know you're helpless. Although my hear attack happened ten years ago, I can picture it so clearly as if it happened only yesterday.

I learnt my lesson the hard way, had I then known what I know now, the trauma could have been avoided. I'll go out of my way to share what I've learnt by publishing a series of free articles. Idea being to prove that a heart attack or indeed any other disease can be avoided and also easily managed. Also to show how Iost health can be easily regained by making simple corrections to the lifestyle we live. As a result, I was able to play competitive sport within three months of my heart attack.

It is quite normal to be healthy and to be disease-free but ironically, disease has become the rule and good health the exception. Under favourable conditions we should live well to be at least one hundred years old. There should be no sudden deaths resulting from the diseases of today. The rules of the game are very simple and the hardest bit is that it is too simple to believe. It's a simple art that can be mastered and used for our well-being. All we need is a rational mind to find the truth and then apply it.

For example, nature is the best healer but instead, we surrender the control of our health to medicines and the doctors. Illness mainly comes from within the body and from our way of thinking. Wrong thinking, Impurities in blood, overeating, indigestion, constipation, insufficient exercise, lack of fresh air, and use of sedatives and stimulants invites diseases. We must educate ourselves out of disease and into health by understanding the signs of approaching trouble. The mental comfort and ease that come from owning of such knowledge is priceless.

In my opinion, theories about disease, its prevention and about germs are debatable. Bacteria or germs can only harm a degenerating body when it is vulnerable and not when it is healthy otherwise everybody would be sick all the time. In other words, disease comes first and the bacteria multiply afterwards.

Good health means harmony of physical, mental and spiritual faculties of life. It's all about doing things in a certain way. If done rightly good health will definitely ensue. The very best in life is cheap if not completely free. A junk meal, a bottle of booze, the fizzy mixer, a packet of cigarettes and the headache remedy for the morning after, cost more than a week's supply of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The chemical composition of blood and lymph depends upon the chemical composition of what we eat and drink and upon the condition of our digestive organs. Purer food, fewer toxins and plentiful essential elements are good for building and repairing cells and tissues.

Sun is source of life and sunlight is vital for living tissues. Body goes through constant changes of construction and destruction, building and repair. If construction exceeds destruction, result is good health. The waste formed by the destruction of tissue, and the toxins must be promptly eliminated from body or disease will develop and spread.

We are a product of nature and only nature and not drugs can solve our problems. I'm not anti- drug but pro-nature. Nature must be given a chance first. Body revolts against drugs and any other unnatural foreign substances.

Never in my life had I dreamt I'd have a heart attack. I thought it was something that happened to other less fortunate people. Like many millions, I was oblivious to what was happening inside me till the volcano erupted. Not knowing and ignoring the symptoms, put my life in serious danger. So much so that I was five hours late going to the hospital and the doctor told me it was nearly too late. Please don't let it happen to your or your loved ones.

Take a closer look at your lifestyle and your internal condition. Go for checkups as if you're a heart attack candidate till tests prove otherwise. Points to watch:-

What is your weight, what's the percentage of fat in it, your blood pressure, cholesterol level, whether you drink excessively, smoke, what you eat and how much you eat, exercise regime, nature of your job, stress and finally how you think.

Have a long and healthy life - Its in your hands!

Turn Your Partner on With Sexy Lingerie

Gone are the days when women were forced to wear the brutal lingerie called as corset. It was uncomfortable and by no way it gave pleasure of sexy inner wear. The memory of Kate winslet`s mom in Titanic painfully strapping her into one would give anyone a feeling about women`s misery in those times.

However, over the years, women`s inner wear have undergone a complete make over and today lingerie are not restricted to mere inner wear. Lingerie items have become display pieces and women love to flaunt them. Lingerie`s cachet as a sexy, emphatically visible component of a woman`s outfit has contributed to rising popularity. Have a close look at the sales figure of any popular designer lingerie store such as Victoria`s secret and you will be convinced that the category known quaintly as intimate apparel is the top of women`s shopping lists.

What`s the best gift man can give his woman to feel sexy and attractive? Well you guessed it right; it`s a pair of seductive lingerie. When it comes to choosing under garments for their partners, men often get confused. If you are one of them, then this article is just for you. Believe me, with right idea about what you should look for; Shopping for lingerie for that special woman in your life will definitely be a fun experience and most importantly she will love your gift.

The most important thing for men to know is their partners` measurements. You need to know more than just her bust measurement for bra and cup size. If you know her height, weight, waist and hip measurements that`s even better. You need to know your partner`s taste of wearing lingerie; then only she will like your gift. Before you make any choices about lingerie, you need to determine when and how you think she will be wearing the lingerie. Another point where men get confused is while deciding the styles for lingerie. Remember, some designs are suitable as sexy undergarments under a conservative business suit, while others may meant only for the bedroom.

Bra is one of the most fundamental yet difficult items of lingerie to shop for. It comes in different configuration such as full cup, half-cup shelf. Bras also come in different models namely simple cup padded shaping bra, backless, strapless bra, balconette bra.

A balconette bra has wide set straps that appear nearer to the wearer`s arms, rather than in the centre of the chest and women have the choice to wear the bra under outfits with a scoop neck. A strapless bra is particularly useful for outfits where women don`t want any visible straps at all. This bra is useful while wearing strapless gowns. My personal recommendation is Push-up bras but you must know your partner`s dimensions to buy a bra that fits her properly.

The next variety of lingerie is negligee. You can go for the Baby Doll design, which basically starts out tight around the breasts and then opens up and stops right under the buttocks. Your partner is sure going to look sexy and flattering in this design. You can also opt for Chemise which is basically a silky plain mini dress that drapes the body and ends at the thighs. The best part; most of these negligees come with G-string or thong underwear!

Teddies are another eye catching form of lingerie. They resemble one-piece, kinky bathing suits, and come in a variety of styles: push-up, high-cut, see-through and G-string. But don`t go for it, if your partner is not over exposing type for this type of lingerie gift might embarrass her.

Hope the tips will come handy for all men to buy perfect lingerie for their partners and if your choice is perfect, then this gift will spice up your romantic life for sure.

Legal Research - How to Find & Understand the Law

"Legal Research: How to Find & Understand the Law" by Attorney Stephen Elias and the Editors of Nolo is another book in the huge legal library published by Nolo, a publisher that prides itself on making the law accessible to everyone. I'm an attorney, and I still like the books put out by Nolo, especially the ones on areas I'm not as familiar with, but want a little knowledge. Nolo always delivers.

Not everyone can afford Lexis or Westlaw, the two biggest subscriber based on-line legal resources. In law school we had access to both, because both companies wanted to earn your loyalty for when you got out and started practicing. Many firms have one or the other, and I suppose large firms may subscribe to both. Even with access to one of these, I find that I can often find things faster and easier with free resources. Many states have statutes and such on-line these days. More and more are becoming available all the time.

That's where the book "Legal Research" comes in. It provides easy to follow research methods to help you answer your legal questions. The book has sections for on-line research as well as information regarding law libraries for those who have access to one.

The book consists of 386 pages divided among ten information packed chapters. The chapters include:

One: Understanding the Basics of the Law. Brief descriptions of what the law is, sources of law, state versus federal law, and the court system. Too basic for an attorney, but for the layperson the book was written for, this is a good introduction.

Two: Finding Legal Resources. This chapter explains where legal information is located, primary and secondary sources, internet resources for legal topics, and legal research websites. It includes Lexis and Westlaw, but also other sites that are free. I like the tips and warnings through out the book as well. Good caution that not every opinion you find is good law. Obvious to someone who had it drilled into them during law school, but probably not known to many laypeople.

Three: Identifying Your Legal Issue. Things to know before you go looking, like is the case civil or criminal, figuring out the area of law you want to research, what resources will help you with what you need to find, and figuring out your legal research question. This is important, you want to know what you're really looking for before you go searching.

Four: Finding and Using Secondary Sources. This chapter explores sources such as online resources (including a bit about deciding if reliable), self-help legal books, legal encyclopedias, form books, practice manuals, continuing legal education publications, law reviews, and so on. Many law firms will have a lot of these kinds of resources, and you will find even more at a law library. This chapter gives a brief overview of what these sources are.

Five: Finding and Using Constitutions, Statutes, Regulations, and Ordinances. These are the bulk of legislatively or administratively created law. This chapter explains how to find these resources and how to use them. It covers finding and using constitutions, finding federal statutes, finding state statutes, understanding them, finding regulations and other rules and ordinances. All of these are important depending on your particular issue. This chapter is a good introduction to this world of "laws" for those that are charting unfamiliar territory.

Six: Finding Cases. Some of our law is not found in statutes, but in the decisions of cases that have already been decided. These cases interpreted laws and are now the rule until legislature changes it, or another case overrules it. Roe v. Wade is an example of a famous case that is looked to regarding abortion law. This chapter helps the reader learn how to use citations to find cases, find cases on the internet, find cases in the law library.

Seven: Using Case Law. This chapter actually explains what a case is, how they are published, and how cases affect later disputes. If you matter relies on case law, this chapter will help you.

Eight: Validating Your Research. I pointed out the tip earlier, and this chapter goes further to help you make sure you have "good law." It teaches you how to Shepardize a Case, a process we lawyers use to ensure the cases we are relying on are still good. If you are trying to make a case yourself, you must be sure you are relying on "good law." These are the kinds of things lawyers know that many laypeople don't.

Nine: Organizing and Putting Your Legal Research to Use. One thing clerks, legal interns, and associates spend a lot of time doing is research. Once you find the information, you must put what you find in written form for those that asked you to find it. This chapter provides the basics for writing a legal memorandum. Not as thorough as the semester class most first year law students take, but good for the non-lawyer. There is a brief section about going to court and the court process and about a couple pages on finding and working with a lawyer.

Ten: Research Hypothetical and Memorandum. Maybe it is because lawyer learn by case studies and examples that this chapter provides a research problem, how to discover the facts, and then how to approach the question to research. It's very short, so it will give the non-lawyer a little example of how to look at the law and go about finding your answer.

The book chapters stop here on page 255. The next 100 plus pages is a glossary, which a person would not need if they have a legal dictionary. Nolo actually has a simple legal dictionary that won't replace "Black's" but is a good resource. Then there is a short appendix on topics and an index.

Overall, I think this book could be very valuable for the person who wants or needs to do legal research but does not know where to start. If you are forced to do-it-yourself, this guide can lead the way. It is a very good description of the legal research process for those without a law degree.

Audio Conferencing - Become a Web 2.0 Power User

Wake up people. It's the 21st century!

Audio conferencing is experiencing a renaissance in new technologies, especially for medium and small business. Teleconferencing has traditionally been the domain of Fortune 500 companies for one simple reason - Ma Bell managed it from large call centers dedicated to supporting its large customers. The features offered were minimal - a phone number and PIN and a few basic handset controls. After AT&T's break-up, the Baby Bells copied these services and invested little in R&D improvements.

This is when entrepreneurial companies rolled up their sleeves and started introducing Web 2.0 audio conferencing with an array of new productivity features. You really don't have to settle for the same-old-same-old tired services of the past. You can do better. Here is a list of things that new Web 2.0 audio conferencing providers are offering.

1. Web Console

Manage your calls and your account right from the web. This feature replaces the maddening calls to the operator and prevents your call being passed around endlessly from one operator to another. Be careful though. Some vendors with the old technology are trying to polish their image by adding a few web pages to their sites. What separates the men from the boys is whether you can actually manage the call from the web console. If you can't, find a new provider.

2. Conference Call

Security Not all conference calls are alike. Some don't need privacy, other do. You should have options and the new services deliver them. For example, call lockout prevents new participants from joining a call if everyone is already present. One of the big security problems with same-old-same-old services is that the PIN becomes insecure over time. Unauthorized people obtain it. This means interlopers can secretly listen in. Call lockout helps prevent this.

3. Multiple PINs

The new services allow you to manage as many PINs as you wish on your account. Gone are the days of having only one PIN. For example, you can issue separate PINs for each of your stakeholder groups like Board of Directors, staff, sales, engineering, etc. This way need-to-know discussions are kept private, and Joe in engineering can't get into your Board of Directors policy discussions regarding R&D.

4. Call Now / Star*1 / Invite Now

Setting up a conference call has been tedious. One must provide a PIN and dial-in number, contact the participants about a time, and then wait for stragglers at the call time, and call additional people on the side after the call has started. It's a hassle. Web 2.0 audio conferencing automates these processes. Call Now lets you pick from a list and tap Call Now. Voila! Everyone is on the call. No PINs. No Dial-in numbers. Star*1 lets you add new participants after a call starts without interrupting the conversation. Invite Now automates the process of notifying participants of a future time and date. If all these services are not included with your provider, find a new provider.

5. Advanced Controls

Audio conference calls are quite technologically advanced behind the scenes with features like noise suppression, latency compensation and the like. Newer services include human answer detection, group volume control and nice education-related features like lecture mode, which mutes all participants except the host. Lecture mode allows you as the host to get everyone on a call--for example, an online learning classroom--then go into lecture mode so that the call doesn't experience dogs barking, babies crying and dishes clanking in the background. A common occurrence in such settings is the battery dying on a wireless home phone, which introduces static that everyone hears. Lecture mode eliminates such distracting background noise.

If your current audio conferencing provider does not offer all or most of the features listed above, they're not Web 2.0. What does that mean? It is the convergence of the best of the telephone world with the best of the data world. Those were separate in the past. Audio conferencing is a rich environment that needs specialists; not telephone people who dabble in web-based systems or data programmers who dabble in VoIP phone technologies. Web 2.0 audio conferencing providers do both well. Find them.

To learn more, Google "Web 2.0 Audio Conferencing".

Can You Make Money Off YouTube - Of Course

You can make money from YouTube in a number of ways. Read on to find out more...

1. YouTube Partners Program This program offers members the opportunity to make money through revenue sharing. The rules for joining the program are very strict and it's geared towards creators of numerous and frequent videos that command hundreds of thousands, even millions, of views. If you're already in that high-popularity category, then it's worth your while joining the Partners Program but if you're new to YouTube, it will take a great deal of time and commitment before you'll be eligible. But at least knowing that this program exists, answers your question 'can you make money off YouTube?' right off the bat!

2. Upload YouTube videos to your Blog You can upload YouTube videos to your blog and use Google's AdSense program to generate advertising revenue. You don't need any coding experience at all to build your own free blog. Blogs allow you to embed videos, from YouTube or elsewhere, directly into your blog page. Once you've joined Google's AdSense program, adverts will be automatically generated on your pages and the more people who click those ads, the more money you will receive.

3. Donations If you feel that your YouTube video content is worthy of a donation, you can set up a donation button via PayPal. You simply copy and paste the donation link into your blog so when people view your embedded videos they'll hopefully be feeling generous and donate! Can you make money off YouTube donations? Well, perhaps not a huge amount at first but, again, it's all about building up a reputation and increasing your audience.

4.Show off your Creativity If you're the creative type, perhaps you should put your skills to good use and make your own items that you can sell through eBay. Just a few examples of products that sell are: computer software, sweaters, paintings, arts and crafts and jewelry. You can then create videos to advertise and promote your products and post these videos on YouTube to reach a larger market.

5. Sponsorship Depending on the type of videos you create, there's a possibility that you'll be able to include items in the videos that manufacturers and retailers would like to promote. For example, if you're an artist who paints pictures in videos or showcases your paintings in videos; you could promote a certain brand of easel. If music is your passion, contact a local music store and ask them if they'd be interested in providing you with instruments (or even guitar straps, effects pedals and drum sticks) which you would promote in your videos. In time, when you have built up a big following, your aim would be to get stores to pay you cash to promote their products. It is, after all, an effective advertising tool for them.

Do some of these ideas seem farfetched? Well if you have seen some of the videos on You Tube that have gone viral then you would have to agree that there may be an endless number of ways to answer the question- Can you make money off YouTube? And each of those answers would say- of course you can make money off YouTube.

Baby Boomers Demands for a Healthier Life Are Changing Health Care

As the baby boomers turn sixty over the next 18 years, how will they manage their health care compared to their parents? Ahead of them is a longer life expectancy than their parents, and with it, the time to do more. The key of course, is staying healthy to do what they want.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, those who are alive today can expect to live well into their 80's. Those in better health than the average boomer can add 15 years to that and have a very good chance of seeing their whole family together for their 100th birthday. Some will celebrate their 120th birthday. But, there is a major difference between celebrating a 120th birthday and simply still being alive. It is a given that being healthy is preferable to simply still being alive. But how does one accomplish that?

Norm Anderson, Director of the Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research at the National Institute of Health (NIH), testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee on the topic of Mind/Body Medicine. "NIH has a long and revered tradition of funding research in the physiological realm, and more recently, there is tremendous excitement in the realm of genetics research. But equally important is the recognition of the role that behavioral, psychological, sociocultural and environmental factors play in health.

Our beliefs, our emotions, our behavior, our thoughts, our family and cultural systems, as well as the environmental context in which we live, all are as relevant to our health as our genetic inheritance and our physiology...."

Also, at the same time, the media and physician witnesses pointed out that spending on our nation's health care is likely to double to $2.1 trillion by the year 2007; that already proven mind-body therapies could eliminate 37 percent of visits to the doctor per year and save $54 billion annually; and that stress contributes to many of the medical conditions confronted by healthcare practitioners -- between 60 to 90 percent of visits to Physicians are related to stress and other psychosocial factors.

A report developed by the Institute for Alternative Futures noted that today holistic approaches to health and medicine are among the fastest growing aspects of health care. In 1990, one-third of the U.S. population used some form of holistic approach to health care, and by the year 2010 at least two-thirds will.

The truth is being physically and emotionally healthy at any age is easier and less expensive than one thinks. Many people know that healthy eating, exercise and peace of mind is what keeps us healthy. However, the majority of people ignore it. People want to indulge themselves, have quick fixes and leave the health remedy to prescriptions and surgery.

Three primary factors determine how healthy we will be--mental, physical and spiritual--mind, body and spirit. The following articles published on EzineArticles.com will give you a good road map to achieve maximum health in these areas.

The choice, of course, is yours. For your 100th birthday you can sit in a wheel chair, lean on a walker or cane with more aliments than you can count while everyone comes to share their memories about your life, or you can dance all night and create new memories. I chose the later, I hope you do too. I am so confident I will be healthy enough to dance all night, I have reservations at Disneyland for a week to celebrate my 100th birthday. Would you like to join me? I am 65 with no physical dysfunctions or typical age related health problems. See you at Disneyland--February 22nd - 29th, 2042.
